Holidays

• Sun-beds are fine if a towel is wrapped around the head.
• Avoid chlorine and sea water as they can alter the colour and leave them feeling knotty/dry.
• High buns and top knots work well as the hair can be kept out the way.
• If you are new to hair extensions, then I would advise you to have them fitted at least 2 weeks prior to going on holiday so that you can get used to them and adapt to your new routine.
• The sun can leave hair extensions dry so apply hair extension conditioner regularly.
• Defence sprays also offer added protection against UV rays just like your own hair.
• Be careful not to get tanning oil onto the hair extensions as it can alter the hair shade in some cases.
